Rates and Services

Continental
United States:
$450.
per hour (average, subject to change based
on remote location and transmission rate)

International:
Each country has its own charges for international
transmissions; please call for rates and availability.

| • |
Minimum
transmission time is one hour, billed in half-hour
increments after first hour.

| • |
Videoconference
room should be scheduled with as much notice
as possible to ensure all locations availability.
|
| • |
Cancellations
require 24-hour notice to avoid penalty and
public room block fees.
|
| • |
All
conferences will be scheduled at 384 kbps
unless otherwise specified.
|
| • |
Voice-activated/continuous
presence multipoint conferences available
upon request.
|
| • |
There
will be no charge to the participants for
unsuccessful transmission; however, Worldwide
Videoconferencing will not be responsible
for any participant's expenses incurred by
an unsuccessful transmission.

Videoconference
Scheduling Procedure

Call
requesting remote city with two alternative
dates and times.
|
| • |
We
will confirm available of remote site, schedule
with our line carrier, confirm date and time
with your office, and contact person at remote
site.

| • |
You
can then generate notices to the parties and/or
witnesses.
|
| • |
Advise
whether simultaneous videotaping is required.
|
| • |
Voluminous
documents should be couriered overnight prior
to the videoconference.
|
