Worldwide
Videoconferencing and its network affiliates
are not responsible for delays, postponements
or cancellations of videoconferences due to
unforeseen circumstances.
Except
for credit allowances for interruptions of videoconferencing
service due to equipment malfunction, Worldwide
Videoconferencing
and/or its members shall not be liable for any
failure of performance due to causes beyond its
reasonable control, including but not limited
to, acts of God, fires, meteorological phenomena,
floods or other catastrophies; national emergencies,
insurrections, riots or wars; strikes,
lockouts, work stoppages or other labor difficulties;
and any law, order, regulation, or other action
or act of any governing authority or agency thereof.
Please
have all
participants arrive
at least 15 minutes before the scheduled videoconference.
A room coordinator will
escort you to the videoconference room, instruct
you in equipment operation, and ensure that
your video call is connected. Our equipment
will be tested one-half hour in advance for
domestic conferences and one hour in advance
for international conferences. Worldwide Videoconferencing
will pretest the system on air before the time
of the conference to ensure that all the equipment
is running properly. You will not be charged
for the test time.
Payment
by Master Card, Visa or check due with signed
faxed confirmation agreement. We look forward
to many pleasant and productive hours in videoconferencing.
