WOULD YOU LIKE TO SAVE TIME AND MONEY?

Videoconferencing is the most efficient communication tool in today's global economy. Not only does it contain travel expenses; it also cuts down on the cost of non-productive time associated with it, offering an equally effective solution to your company's communications needs.

WORLDWIDE VIDEOCONFERENCING offers videoconferencing services, public videoconferencing room rental and system hardware sales, and service. The company was established in 1989 as a branch of H. Allen Benowitz Court Reporting in response to requests for an economic alternative to attend out-of-town depositions and meetings without leaving town. Located in Miami with a staff of 30 people, the firm specializes in legal, corporate and medical videoconferencing and represents VTEL, Sony, PictureTel, Tandberg, and Polycom for businesses setting up their own facilities. Our current list of clients includes Holland & Knight, Amedex/USA Medical Services, Citicorp, J. Walter Thompson, PriceWaterhouse/Coopers, HEICO, Wilson Elser & Moskowitz, Payton & Carlson, Christian Dior and Procter & Gamble.

Videoconferencing can mean substantial savings to your organization. Compare, for example, the total out-of-town travel cost for a three-hour conference or meeting to the alternative: in-town videoconferencing.

Out-of-Town Travel Cost:

Executive's time, including travel, 10 hours @ $150
Overnight hotel, meals, taxes, extras
Airfare (coach)
Half-day travel, add second-day executive's time (5 hours)
If on West Coast, add second-day executive's time (full day)

*Does not include car rental or first class fare

In-Town Videoconference Cost:

When international travel is required, the savings videoconferencing can provide are even greater. These are the figures for a one-day deposition in London, for example:

International Travel Deposition Cost:

Executive's time - 10 hours @ $150=$1,500 x 4 days
Hotel - 2 nights @ $200
Meals/extras - 4 days @ $150
